In order to strengthen the construction of corporate culture, create a team culture atmosphere of striving forward and working hand in hand, as well as the team spirit of unity, cooperation and mutual help, Zonggang Holding Group successfully carried out the fifth outdoor expansion activity of "Striving Forward · Steding on a New Journey" on May 12, 2018.
The whole activity consists of three parts: ice breaking activity, hiking and activity summary. This activity is divided into two sites: Pujiang Country Park in East China Park and Pangu Wangshan Mountain in South China Park. All the people in both parks will participate. Each team member is composed of family members from different business units. The team is designed to strengthen the communication and understanding between family members of each business unit. In this expansion activity and the future daily work, the team can cooperate with each other, go hand in hand and achieve common development.
Families arrived separately at the event site
At 8 o 'clock in the morning, all the families of Zonggang Group and its business units gathered in the East China Park and the South China Park respectively. Dressed in neat and unified clothes, they held high the team flag and shouted loud slogans. The families got ready and set out for the event site.

Arrived at the event site, Zonggang Group director, Zonggang shares General Manager Qian Kuo made the opening speech, and held a flag ceremony. After an inspiring speech and a flag ceremony, the activity entered the first link - team building, ice breaking activities. The short game activity reflected the importance of obedience in the team, the building of trust in the team, the simplification of complex problems, and the reorganization of effective resources. Through the ice-breaking activity, the family members were quickly integrated into the team and found a sense of collective belonging, so as to strengthen the communication between the family members and achieve good results in the following activities.

Before the second round of the walk begins, each team is given a card with a map on the front of the walk, marking each level's location, highlights, and difficulty stars. Teams can discuss and choose the challenge route by themselves. After reaching all the levels and completing the tasks, they will win by taking a group photo at the destination and recording the completion time.

This outdoor expansion activity came to an end in the sharing and summary of each team, the closing speech of the leader, and the laughter of each family member.
