On the afternoon of April 25, the theme expansion activity of Zonggang Holding Group in 2015 was successfully concluded. This activity is planned by Zonggang Holding Group. The East China and South China parks are held in the Four Seasons Ecological Park and South China Park respectively. All the business units of Zonggang participate in this activity, which is divided into six projects: "Running Brothers, National Ball Combat, Qimei Slug, Leg Leg, Thread a Thread and Cross Country Race".

In addition to some personnel on duty and on business trips, this activity realized the participation of all staff. According to the number of people, East China is divided into 10 teams (Eagle Team, Elephant Team, Camel Team, Ant Team, Fire Wolf Team, Fantasy Team, Fast 7 Team, Union Team, Giants Team, Superman Team), and South China is divided into 6 teams (Wolf Team, Sunday, Victory Team, Ten Laughter Team, Triumph Team, Love Crazy Team), with about 10 people in each team. Through fierce competition, East China area with Li Bin for the captain of the dream team won the champion, the South China area triumphant team in Lei Zuquan under the leadership of the laurel triumphant return and return.
Compared with the first session, this activity has some innovations in competition rules, focusing on the mobilization of individual potential and team cooperation ability, highlighting flexibility and efficiency. First, the staff of each business division/company will be rearranged to enhance the internal communication of the whole group, which is conducive to enhancing the cohesion of the team. Second, the site to elect the leader, to discuss the slogan, fully mobilize everyone's initiative, stimulate the collision of ideas. Third, there is no limit on the time of each sub-project, only the final statistics are done, and the competition places are different, and the order of each event is unlimited. In a limited scope to give everyone unlimited freedom, to maximize the wisdom of each team, improve everyone's cooperation ability. Fourth, each team will make a summary of the activity on the spot. After the completion of all the events, everyone sat on the ground to express their opinions, discuss the gains and losses in the activities, summarize the experience, reflect on the shortcomings, strengthen the understanding between each other again, to draw a successful full stop to the activities.
Easy to know the east wind surface, always spring. On the day of the event, all the teams wore the same green uniforms, which added to the colorful April. As the base of expansion activities last year, the Four Seasons Ecological Park is not strange to our colleagues in East China. The activity started immediately after Feng Jicheng, Director of Group Finance Center, gave a short speech and a flag ceremony. In order to save time and complete the competition more efficiently, everyone ran all the way in the process of looking for the site. The whole four-season ecological park was full of green, vigor and passion, showing the vitality of spring.
As the competition is held in the park, the rules of the competition are slightly adjusted according to the specific situation. Each event has five chances to try. The score of the activity is divided into two parts: one score for the first five games and one score for the cross-country race. Faced with the new rules and challenges, everyone was calm, quickly found their place in the new team, and successfully completed the competition with the help of team strength.
Each event has a different test point, but the team's ability to work together is consistent. Before starting the project, everyone will have a quick discussion, gather the wisdom of all people, and work together to complete the competition. In the "leg leg" project, the East China "lion team" drew the most difficult number 1, we continued to try, encourage each other, mutual help and win-win, finally passed the competition, the joy of success gave everyone a unique spirit.
