In order to recognize and motivate outstanding employees and let their families feel the love of Zonggang in the home culture atmosphere, we specially organized the 2018 outstanding employees to start a two-day and one-night spring outing activity on March 30th.

On the first day of the trip, the sun was shining brightly. The family started early and arrived in Hangzhou and Shaoguan respectively.
After a hearty lunch, the family members of Huadong Park came to the famous scenic spot of Hangzhou -- West Lake. Hangzhou West Lake is famous at home and abroad for its beautiful and elegant lakes and mountains, bright and rich cultural relics and historic sites. It is a famous tourist resort in China and also a world cultural heritage site, and is known as a paradise on earth.
The distant mountains are faint and the near water is continuous. Whether it is moss stone steps, or painted willow bridge, can be infused with the elegance and tranquility of Jiangnan. In this green mountains and clear waters, families relax, feel free, sigh the beauty of nature, sigh the magic of the creator, and enjoy this relaxed moment.

Families in South China Park came to Nanhua Temple and Maba Ruins respectively. "Bodhi has no tree, mirror is not Taiwan. There is nothing to cause dust." Shaoguan Nanhua Temple is famous for its KET spoken by the sixth emperor Huineng. There are numerous karst caves in the mountains before and after the site. Stalagmites, stone curtains and stone columns in the caves are of various shapes and forms, which make people deeply immersed in the site and marvel at the magic of historical relics.
On the second day of the outing, the families of Huadong Community came to the famous peaks in Hangzhou, Pinac, also known as Pinac, 168 meters high, and the mountains are made of limestone. Feilaifeng has been affected by groundwater dissolution for a long time, forming many fantastic and changeable caves, such as Longhong Cave, Yuru Cave, Huape Cave and so on. The caves have a history and are very legendary.

The family members of South China Park come to the famous Danxia Mountain. Danxia Mountain is the best developed Danxia landform in the world. "The color is like Wudan, can be like bright clouds", the momentum is magnificent, surrounded by lush trees, beautiful!

The spring outing also added an interesting activity: "the most beautiful spring because of you". That is to say, the excellent employees who take part in this spring outing can post the photos that they think can best show the sunshine, positive and beautiful in this activity through their friends circle. The team with the most accumulated likes and the top three individuals will get a beautiful gift prepared by the organizing committee.
Families took an active part in it, sharing photos from their mobile phones on their Moments, including beautiful scenery, attractive food, and beautiful selfies... As expected received friends thumb up and consistent praise. This activity adds fun and color to the spring outing, and the families also understand the joy and emotion brought by "sharing" more.

After the return trip, the organizing committee issued a satisfaction questionnaire to the families who participated in the spring outing. The families said that "it is precious to have the opportunity to visit Hangzhou in the busy work, such beautiful scenery, delicious food and the company of family members." At the same time, it also put forward some suggestions, such as: "In team sports, we can do more identity, so that we can better control the time and rhythm." ... All in all, the survey results show that the families are very satisfied with this activity and sincerely appreciate it.
This spring outing activities, not only reduce the distance between family members, improve the affection between the family, but also build a unity upward vertical Hong Kong atmosphere, enhance the cohesive affinity of the enterprise and centripetal force, and embodies the longitudinal port of people-oriented management concept, make family widen our sight, edify sentiment, longitudinal port at the same time enhance the family's sense of honor and sense of belonging.
